The Career Essentials Package is designed for professionals at all levels that want to deliver a consistent message during the job search. We will start by developing your Resume from scratch using our proven 10 year collaborative writing process. Once we have custom crafted your resume for you, we will work on your LinkedIn profile to make sure that you have the same consistent message about your accomplishments. Both will have the appropriate use of keywords to make sure that you are making it through any automated Resume screeners and are being found by recruiters on Linkedin as they do searches for professionals with the skills you have to offer.
You can rest assured knowing that when you send out your Resume and someone searches for you on LinkedIn that they are going to see the same accomplishments that we highlighted on your Resume. This will ensure a consistent professional image for you on the world’s largest social media platform for professionals.
Once we complete your Resume and LinkedIn profile, we will move on to the cover letter. We will ask you for a few job postings of jobs you are interested in so we can write your cover letter to focus on specific jobs that are a good fit for your skills and accomplishments. A cover letter is a great way to tell employers how your specific skills are a good fit for the position you are applying for. If you are applying for a job position that you have not previously held, a cover letter is also a great way to articulate how the skills you have acquired are transferable to the job you are applying for.
