Resume to Interviews and I exchanged about 15 drafts before reaching a final. He was great at pressing me for information and fishing out the meaty details. And yes, the stuff that you may think nothing of, or believe to be unimportant, shouldn’t be ignored. Fast turn around was worth it when I had to get it totally redone on short notice. Some days I’d see two or three revisions! I’m really happy with how everything turned out and will definitely come back for future updates as the need arises. Honestly, I can’t say how much of it was the resume, but I got hired onto a paid fire department (hard and competitive as shit) on the very first time I applied (basically completely unheard of) and I know for a fact I beat at least some with way more relevant experience than me.
